Getting the phone powered up enough to reach the data
Often the storage is fine and only something around it has failed, so we make just enough repair to boot the phone and access files: fitting a temporary known-good screen, replacing a bad charge port or battery, or cleaning corrosion from a liquid-damaged board. The goal at this stage is access to your data, not a cosmetically perfect phone.

Board-level recovery when it won't boot at all
If the phone still won't boot, we move to the logic board under a microscope, repairing failed power circuits or, in the hardest cases, working directly with the storage to read it. This micro-soldering work is delicate and takes time; it has the lowest success rate of all, but it is sometimes the only way to reach data on a truly dead device.

Once the phone is accessible, we connect it and copy your photos, videos, contacts, messages and other files onto a secure drive dedicated to your job. We work from this copy so the original device is disturbed as little as possible during the process.

Privacy-safe wipe of our copies
Your data is yours alone. After you have confirmed you have your files, we securely erase the working copies from our transfer drives so no trace of your personal photos, messages or accounts remains with us. Throughout the job your device and data are handled confidentially and never shared.
