Step 1 — Intake and symptom check
We start by asking exactly what fails: Are all cellular bands dead, or does the phone drop from full bars to nothing? Is it only WiFi and Bluetooth that struggle, or also GPS and calls? We also ask whether the trouble began after a drop, water exposure, or a software update, since each points to a different cause.

Step 2 — Free check of SIM, eSIM, and carrier status
Many "No Service" cases are not hardware at all. We test with a known-good SIM, reseat or reprovision your eSIM, and confirm your line and account are active and not blocked by the carrier. We also check for a local outage in your area before assuming the phone is broken.
💡 A worn or dirty SIM card is a surprisingly common cause; we clean or replace it as part of the free check.

Step 3 — Network settings, resets, and software
Next we rule out software gremlins: we verify carrier settings, toggle and refresh network connections, and where appropriate perform a network settings reset. A corrupted update or misconfigured profile can mimic a dead antenna, and correcting it costs nothing beyond the diagnostic.

Step 4 — Inspect antenna flex, coax connectors, and antenna lines
Only after settings and carrier issues are cleared do we look inside. Under magnification we inspect the antenna flex cables, the snap-on coax connectors, and the antenna contact points for corrosion, tears, or a loose connection. Drops often unseat a connector, while water leaves telltale corrosion on these fine contacts.
💡 A single dislodged coax connector can kill signal entirely while everything else looks perfectly fine.

Step 5 — Careful disassembly
We open the phone at an anti-static bench using controlled heat to release adhesive and the correct picks and spudgers to lift shields without stressing nearby components. Antenna lines run along the frame and around the charging area, so every cable is disconnected in the right order to protect the RF section.
💡 Rushing disassembly is where most DIY attempts crack an antenna flex, which is exactly why we take it slow.

Step 6 — Repair or replace the antenna flex or connectors
If a flex cable is torn or a connector is damaged, we replace it with a matched part and re-seat every coax contact firmly. When the fault reaches the RF section of the logic board itself, our technicians perform board-level rework to restore the antenna lines rather than replacing the whole phone.
💡 Board-level RF repair is delicate soldering work; it is far cheaper for you than buying a new device.

Step 7 — Test signal, calls, WiFi, Bluetooth, and GPS
