Terms of Service

Effective: January 1, 2026

Repair Warranty: 90-day limited warranty on parts and workmanship. Does not cover subsequent damage, water damage, software, or third-party repairs. Receipt required.

CPO Devices: 90-day hardware warranty. Sold as-is cosmetically. 14-day returns with receipt, restocking fee applies.

Wireless: Subject to carrier terms. iFixForU is not responsible for carrier network or billing issues.

Liability: Not liable for indirect or consequential damages including data loss. Back up data before repair.

Governing Law: State of California, Los Angeles County.
